What Goes Into Every Piece

What Goes Into Every Piece

A closer look at how LIVE! builds activewear with less impact, and why that matters to us.

Every piece we carry starts long before it reaches you. The fabric, the dye, the hands that cut and sew it, all of it shapes not just how a piece performs, but what it costs the world to make. With LIVE!, our founding brand, that thinking runs deep.

Almost all of LIVE!'s production stays close to home: 97% of pieces are made in Brazil, and 94.5% inside their own factories. That's not incidental it's a choice that keeps quality and labor standards under direct oversight, guided by a Code of Conduct built to put people first.

Measuring what matters

Good intentions aren't enough without proof. LIVE! works with Worldly, an industry tool for measuring the environmental footprint of materials and finished products, to understand exactly where impact happens and where it can be reduced.

The technology behind the fabric

A few of the innovations built into the pieces you'll find on LEVE:

Responsible cotton grown with less water, fewer chemical fertilizers and pesticides, gentler on soil and biodiversity.

FIT GREENВ®, a technical fabric developed with SENSILВ® and LYCRAВ®: SENSILВ® EcoCare is produced in a closed-loop cycle with low water and energy use, while LYCRAВ® EcoMade blends recycled elastane fibers to cut waste.

A water-saving dyeing process that runs in a closed loop, using significantly less water and energy than conventional methods.

Biodegradable polyamide, fully recyclable and reusable, that breaks down ten times faster than standard synthetic fabric, without giving up durability.

Recycled fibers, which produce far fewer carbon emissions than virgin fiber and help keep waste out of landfills and oceans.

Looking ahead

LIVE! has committed to carbon neutrality by 2030, a target that shapes how materials are sourced and how production evolves from here.

None of this is about doing more. It's about doing better, the same principle LEVE was built on. As we bring more considered labels into the edit, this is one of the things we'll always ask first.
