Shipping destination
LEVE currently accepts orders for delivery addresses within Germany only. Orders entered with an address outside Germany cannot be completed during the launch phase.
Delivery options and cost
The available delivery method, charge and estimated delivery window will be displayed at checkout before payment. These details may vary according to the order value, parcel size and selected service.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days. Customers will receive an order confirmation and, where available, a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.
Delivery issues
Customers should contact LEVE promptly if a parcel appears delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered. Please include the order number and relevant photographs where applicable.
